Is there a reason why it loads so slowly? It's taking a very long time.
7 years, 7 months ago #15921Hi,
I can't load your site. http://prntscr.com/jarqhn
You can try to deactivate each plugin, later reload site to check for conflicts.
- If not caused by the plugin, you go to Appearance and activate theme Wordpress default. If the problem still exits, you try to remove and reinstall WordPress or contact the hosting company (Possibly the problem comes from your host).
Thanks.

I deactivated all plugins and activated a different template. The other templates run quickly with no problems.
I activated the template again and activated the plugins one by one. As soon as I activate the Yolo BeHealth Framework plugin I immediately see a major difference. The site takes a really long time to load. I am attaching a screenshot of just how many seconds is being reported that it is taking to load. It takes over 30 seconds. Something is very wrong and it has nothing to do with my host. Please investigate.

Posts: 16This site is time-sensitive so if someone could look into this as soon as possible that would be great. Really appreciate it. Thank you.
7 years, 7 months ago #15944Sorry for the late response.
Here are some of the causes of the problem:
- Some images do not load properly (wrong file path) -> I removed these images.
- Server takes a lot of time to return requests from css files, js
I have installed the plugin Autoptimize to compress css, js, html files -> Reduces request to server.
You can use the cache to speed up site loading (plugin WP Super Cache ...).
Note: You should use the cache after the site is complete, because when using the cache, your changes on the site may not be displayed due to cache caching.
Currently, you can reload your site and check again.
Thanks.

Posts: 16Thank you for looking into this and fixing those issues. The demo content may need to be updated so that future clients do not have the same issue with the images. It's loading much quickly now.
Appreciate the assistance, have a great day!
By the way, I have it checked off to notify me when their is a follow-up email but I have not been getting any email notifications.
7 years, 7 months ago #15966Thanks for your feedback.
We will check this problem.
