Cart and checkout issues

Hi,

Thanks so much for the recent support on my latest niggles. Below are just the final ones we can think of before we go 'live'. Hopefully you can have time today to look and fix for us.

On Chrome the alignment on the membership product is not aligned. Fine on other browsers.

Navigation - the button for 'view cart' doesn't appear until you roll over it. See screenshot

Cart page - no button to go to 'checkout' and theres a paypal link that doesnt work. We wouldnt need the paypal just the button to take you to the checkout page.

Checkout page - the padding on the top doesnt go to top of page when you click on - it scrolls down half way down the page

Checkout page - can we remove the 'returning customer' or rename to 'payment details'

Checkout page - the coupon and membership card details are not prominate on the checkout details. Maybe H3 tag and the centre align them. How do we change the text from 'coupon' to 'promo code'. See screenshot.

After checkout - when you purchase something the cart doesn't clear and still has the items in there.
