This is how the categories are setup on the site:
But this is how they're displayed:
There is no hierarchy in the display at all; is there any options to change this?

Now this category filter just displays order by alphabet. And we don't have the option to change this. We will check our theme again and add more function for this category display.

Currently, If you want to get only top level categories then you can add this line in "woocommerce.php"(/theme/yolo-sofani/framework/core/functions/woocommerce.php)

Ideally it would show all categories, but in a way that is hierarchical; eg. maybe with dropdowns, or something like this:
