To translate the common text to Spanish, you can use some translate plugin as Loco translate or Poedit application.

There is no way to translate language automatically. You should use PoEdit tool or Loco Translate plugin.

- These texts are the language of WooComerce plugin, please go to {root}/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce.pot to translate.
- Please give us the link directly about "Accessories" text, we will check, then help you to hide it.

1> Please add this Custom CSS segment on Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script > Custom CSS to hide accessories section:
div.product .woocommerce-tabs {
display: none;
}
2> We still find "Related Products" text in our language file, please see this image: https://imgur.com/a/zH8ES
Please use Loco Translate plugin to translate yolo-rubino.pot file. If you still cannot translate, you can change this text on themes/yolo-rubino/woocommerce/single-product/ related.php line 23.

I delete the ACCESSORIES word as you taught me, but I can't find the RELATED PRODUCTS when I search it (Image attached).

if you still cannot change "Related products" text by the Loco Translate plugin. Please go to your source codes:
{root}/wp-content/themes/yolo-rubino/woocommerce/ single-product/related.php line 23 to change
