Conflict with plugin / custom category pages / They pointed back to YOLO

hi yolo.

we want to customize our shop category pages with individual content per category. so that cat-pages can look different and individual and can be optimized for SEO.

Thats why we installed:

The fact that it enables us to create differently designed shop-cat-pages was clearly the reason why.

however we cant really work with the plugin as it does not work properly. We contacted THEIR support:

Last statement they gave us is:

two questions:
1. is there an issue with your plugin and the plugin from them?
is there anything on your side you can do to help?

2. but maybe I am missing a way to customize category pages with yolo theme? can your theme do that and I just didn´t find out how? if so I would not need the other plugin.
