Thanks for contacting us.
1> We have got access to your website then configured the header styles of all pages which are the same.
We will explain for you:
- if you want to all pages have the same header style, you need to configure in Theme Options > Header/ Header Customize.
- Make sure that, on each page, you need to turn off Header Customize On/Off? on Page Options > Header > Header Customize On/Off AND Page Options > Page Header Customize > Set Header Customize Navigation: Off.
(In your website, the Homepage have Header style that doesn't look like other pages because you have turned on Set Header Customize Navigation: On and configured.)
We have got access to your Theme Options > Header > Header Customize then configured options that look like the Homepage configuration for you.
2> For Newsletter:
- Newsletter form is called in Footer Block. From Dashboard > Footer Blocks > You will see all footer block.
The newsletter of Homepage is different because you have selected the different Footer on Page Options> Page Footer > Select Footer ( we selected again for you- all pages are the same.)
3> We fixed the issue for you.
In addition, you can follow this documentation learn more about the Header:
http://docs.yolotheme.com/begreen/#header1
and Footer:
http://docs.yolotheme.com/begreen/#footer1
(this is the documentation of BeGreen theme, but the process of our themes are the same)

Thanks for getting back to us.
We have got access to your website then helped you to add Custom CSS to change the menu background to be yellow color. You can see this Custom CSS segment on Theme Options > Custom CSS& Script > Custom CSS:
header.yolo-main-header .yolo-header-nav-wrapper{background-color: #f9c000;}
header.yolo-main-header .yolo-header-wrapper .yolo-main-menu li.current-menu-item > a{color:#101010 !important;}
.header-2 .yolo-sticky-wrapper .yolo-header-nav-wrapper .container .yolo-header-wrapper .header-left .menu-wrapper #main-menu > li:hover > a{color:#101010 !important;}
Note: You absolutely change the suitable color as you want.

1> We have checked on our website, we still translate the "Blog" text to another text by using PoEdit tool. Please check again on your website.
In addition, if you cannot translate this text, please go to {root}/wp-content/themes/yolo-motor/templates/archive-heading.php line 24 to change the Blog text to another text as you want.
You can see this image for more details http://imgur.com/dJO2OVS.png
2> We have added this Custom CSS segment on Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script > Custom CSS to fix the issue of ReadMore button for you:
.blog-wrap .blog-inner article .post-item .entry-wrap .entry-content-wrap .entry-detail .btn-readmore span {
margin-right: 10px;
padding: 0;
}
Now it works fine.
Best Regards,
