HELLO!! DEMO CONTENT IS TAKING SOOOO LONG TO IMPORT, AND WHEN I SAY LONG TIME IS A LONGGGG TIME! ITS BEEN 3 HOURS AND IS STILL RUNING.. IS IT NORMAL? I READ THE DOCUMENTATION AND I HAVE SET ALL THE RECOMMENDED PHP PARAMETERS... THANKS!

Thanks for your feedback.

We have got access to your website then checked Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status > Server Enviroment. You haven't increased attributes of PHP limits yet as we recommended.

Please read again our topic then increase the attributes of your PHP limits. If you don't have information about them, you should ask hosting provider to learn more.

Why we always recommend the customers who need to increase the attributes of PHP limits?

Because, the process of importing have used the ajax to import sample data. If the attributes of PHP limits are too small > the import sample data is timeout. It is the cause that you need to increase them.

ok they agreed to change it.. only for 60 minutes! since im in a shared hosting and blablabla but it still takes so long!!!!

 

is there a way you can send me the xml files? to import the pages? thanks

I have checked your site and found issue with PHP DOM Document class.

Can you contact your hosting provider and install php-xml as some article below?

Please check it and re-import demo again.
