8 years, 4 months ago #10563Hey SophieMayGreen,
I had the same issue.
I resolved it using https://wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-demo-import/ and/or https://organicthemes.com/tutorial/install-theme-demo-content/You can simply upload the Revolution Slider's files (that came in the Dummy folder with Your bought package) via the plugins settings and upload the xml, json and wie files (that are also in the Dummy folder) via the One Click Demo Import plugin.
I don't say that it will 100% resolve the problem but it worked for me.

We are so happy when you can solve your problem by yourself.
In addition, we still support to import automatically. Going to Behealth > Dashboard > Import Data to import.
Hi, @SophieMayGreen
Please try to check this blog to increase your PHP limited and PHP version of your website:

And don't forget to give us your website's URL and admin account so we can check better.
Best Regards,
Tracy

Thanks for your feedback.
We have got access to your website then checked the PHP limit and PHP version, you are using the oldest version of all. Please see this image: http://prntscr.com/g458gg
Please increase all values to help you can import our sample data. Don't forget to follow our documentation:
https://yolotheme.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/
Check it carefully, then feedback us.
