Hi there,
My client has purchased this theme, everything is great except I would like the demo content to be imported.
This is what I have tried.
- import demo content as is, everything seam to work fine except the images, they seam to images but with rather weird url. instead of host/wp-uploads/<DATE>/file-name.png all I get is host/file-name no file extension either.
- I have tried setting php.ini to the settings specified in your support document here https://yolotheme.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/ I still get no images, same as before only in this case, the whole process (importing demo content) gets stuck at image processing
I have left a comment on themeforest, please address this issue ASAP.
