Thanks for getting back to us.
We have got check our source, we still found "Read more" text on our language file.
You can see this link {root}/wp-content/themes/yolo-kidzone/language/yolo-kidzone.pot

You can check again on your source and make sure that you have used the newest version of Kidzone theme & plugins.
Please check again, then give us your FTP account if you can not find this text.

You need to do the same steps to translate for yolo-library-graphsign plugin:
Step 1: Open PoEdit software and open .pot (/plugins/yolo-library-graphsign/languages/yolo-graphsign.pot) file of your preferred language in PoEdit then search your line which you want to change.
Step 2: In the Search Window, type the text string you are looking for. Once it is selected, replace the text in the Translation text area in the lower part of the window with your preferred translation.(If you’d like to edit another text string, just repeat Step 1,2.)
Step 3: Click “Save as”(into languages folder with yolo-graphsign.pot) to save the configuration. The .mo file will be auto created.
*NOTE: With .mo,.po of plugin -> You change file name -> yolo-graphsign.po and yolo-graphsign.po

As I said before it didnt work. And yes I did, actually I am using kidzone theme. I am adopting your answers about graphsign to kidzone because probably all work in same logic, even that I couldnt able to do that. I did all steps that written. I send a photo too, I'm sure you can see the edits in taht photo. What is the problem abaout ?

Make sure that you have used the latest version of Kidzone theme. The newest version is 1.0.3
Please try to update your website then check this issue. (Remember backup all customization files before udating).
If you still meet the issue. Please give us your website's URL & admin account and FTP account.
We will translate directly on your website.

1. I updated new version than a mystery 'f' appared at the top in the 1. photo
2. My edits work when I upload them to 'public_html/wp-content/themes/yolo-kidzone/languages' not to the 'public_html/wp-content/plugins/yolo-kidzone-library/languages'
3.The problem still continues everything works when I translate into Turkish except 'read more'and 'next' buttons and the enter your e mail part in the 2.photo
4.After update the color changed in the 3. part of the main page like that all part selected (it is problem for the photos I shared) with mouse but there is no problem with I.E. in the 3. photo
