error in my cart page

    Hello

     

    Please check the error that is appearing at the top of the page i am not able to detect the error

    Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/customer/www/selimv2.coperondev.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-cart-functions.php on line 479

    Warning: current() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/customer/www/selimv2.coperondev.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-cart-functions.php on line 449

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/customer/www/selimv2.coperondev.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-cart-functions.php on line 427

     

    One more thing, try to add any item in the cart page and checkout, choose france as shipping address, you receive automatically an error: THERE ARE NO SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY, OR CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ANY HELP.

    Am getting this error when choosing any zone although the configuration of woocommerce is correct,
