If you want to the Footer 4 (Container instead of Fullwidth) -> You go Footer Block -> Footer 4 -> edit row -> Yolo Options -> Layout -> set "Container". http://prntscr.com/iqgixo

Currently, you are using the style of Footer 4 instead of Footer 2. To can use the style of Footer 2, you need to copy the content from Footer 4 to Footer 2.

Because each style will use a "class" different and these "class" get from the post name.
eg: Footer 2 - > the "class" will be "footer-2".
