We are unable to designate a page as the “shop” page. When we go WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and select a page for the “Shop Page” option, the layout breaks. The current shop page here: http://omnirecycling.superhero-dev.co.uk/shop/ has the incorrect footer and there are styling issues with the header, these issues are not witnessed on other pages e.g. http://omnirecycling.superhero-dev.co.uk/about/. If we unlink the shop page within Woo options the pages layout is restored and the correct footer comes back along with the fixed header styling. The correct footer is set both in the Bestruct/Woo page options and in the individual page option in the “edit page” screen.
The issue can be replicated when creating a brand new page and setting the footer to “Footer Business 1”. When the new page is set as the “shop page” in Woo, the footer changes back to the default and the header styling breaks.
Thanks for your assistance.
8 years, 1 month ago #13137Hi,
I'm not sure this problem, but you can check two option below:
- Theme Option: This is the general option.
- Page Option: This is the option for each page. (eg: "Page Footer": If each page you use is a different footer ). https://prnt.sc/hbi6oq
--> To get general footer: you go to each page -> Page Footer -> Set "Default", later you go to Theme Options-> Footer -> Select "Footer Business 1".
Hope it helps!.
Best regards,

Thanks for the suggestions but we have already tried all of these options - the problem is that they just don't seem to work.
Nothing is working with regards the header/footer...
Do you know of anything else please?
Thanks
