I also have these issues with loading pictures and other things on my site. Sometimes I have to refresh twice to get all stuff loading on my site. I am very disappointed with his theme update. All these issues started after the update.

I think the Redux plugin is making a problem with my pictures. Could you please check for scrolling issues?

For the scrolling issue, we found the issue from the cache plugin. After deactivate the autoptimize and w3 total cache, the page doesn't scroll to the bottom.
I think that also the cause of the product image issue.
Please check it again without the cache plugin.

I changed my product gallery on single product page.
Old one has some bag and not loading my photos on time.
Could you please make it responsive?
On some resolutions, it is to small but on some it is too bug.
I tried my self but it is very difficult to work with flex box.

For the single product image, I see the second image doesn't load on the lightbox. Are you talking about that issue? For the responsive, it still works fine on the small device. Please give us some image about that.
Maybe you have to change the admin account. Please clone your site to another domain and give us that info. We will help you check it on the clone site to avoid effect to your main site.
