Because your PHP setting to small, then your site response error popup when click to this button.

Already check, my php version is 5.6.18.
follow instruction and adding php.ini in file server.
nothing change. still got error when generate css in theme option.

Theme option setting has been update but other than homepage doesn't take effect.
