I would like to know how to add the email address of the newsletter mailing list? There is a drop down button but nothing you can actually pick. How and where should I input the email address for this to work? Thanks.

9 years, 5 months ago #3529Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
Make sure that you have added MailChimp API Key on Customizer > Site Enhancement > Mail Chimp Setting.
After that, when adding Yolo Newsletter shortcode you can select mc_list_id on Subscribe Mail List.
Please check again, then give us again your website's URL & admin account if you can not fix this issue.
Best Regards,

Posts: 23Yes, I tried again to replace the API key with my own API key. This time it works. It shows my list correctly. Thank you so much for your help!
One last question, I need to translate the word on the button "subscribe" and the phase "Enter your mail here". However, I don't see them anywhere in the language fine. Can you show me where I should look for? Thanks again!
9 years, 5 months ago #3543Hello Chaunun,
I'm sorry for late response.
And I'm sorry for this issue, maybe we forgot to add this keyword to the language file.
But don't worry about that, we have been updated new version of this plugin to fix some issue and re-translate all our plugin too.
Please get this version and check it again at
http://demo.yolotheme.com/theme-plugins/yolo-kidzone-library.zip
Please hold on your old version to rollback your site when to having an issue.
Regards.

Posts: 23Thanks for the update! But if I use the updated version of language file, I will lose all the translations that I've already done with the old language file. Am I correct? (as I need to import the new language file into POEDIT). Please tell me that I am wrong.
9 years, 5 months ago #3546Hi,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Please try to use Notepad++ tools to copy the translations from older language file to new language file. After that, you can upload your new language file on your source.
You need to do this step carefully to ensure your language file which doesn't lose.
Best Regards,
Jackie

Posts: 1Is the idea not that user-friendly, setting up newsletter, feeds updates or direct mail services is all in its configuration, but if it does not enable you to do it, make sure that you ask them how it will work.
