I am having a few issues. I do believe that I have followed all the READ ME file's instructions. How can these be resolved?
1. YOLO Instagram widget is not working. The scroll feed in the footer is not showing up. I am including a couple screenshots of the error messages that the widget importer displays after importing the "widgets.wie" file.
2. Importing some of the demo content. Many of the images did not import. They show a grey box that says "Add Image To Your Element!"

We have moved the Yolo Instagram shortcode to the Instagram Feed plugin. Now you can use that plugin to create an Instagram feed as you want.
For the gray box, please give us your site URL, admin account. We will help you check it again.

3 years, 11 months ago #26231I linked the Facebook and Instagram accounts via the new Instagram Feed plugin. However the feed is still not displaying. Additionally, I had to create an Instagram scroll widget. It seems that some of the demo content like, several images and widgets did not import.
I will create credentials for you to log into the site. What email address can I set up for you?
NEW ISSUE: All YOLO widgets autoplay even when "No" is selected.

We have checked your site config. As I see, that plugin doesn't connect with your Facebook account. With our account, the Instagram feed still works fine.
Please check it again.

3 years, 11 months ago #26243When I connect the accounts I get a message that says "Please authorize in Facebook and select a connected account to display content". As far as I can tell the FB account is linked to the Instagram account. Any advice? I'll post what I see.
Also, any progress on the greyed out images?

Maybe you are using the Business Account type. With that option, you only use the Business Facebook account. You can be using your Personal Account. It will connect to your Instagram.
Please check it again.
