Install template pages

Hey my template pages did not get installed. Is there a way I can reinstall them?

Hi,

Thanks for choosing our product.

You can remove the old database and try the steps below:

- You go to "Tools -> Importer" and run the plugin WordPress Importer. http://prntscr.com/iv43qc

- Select the XML file. You can get from "motor-package" (/motor-package/Dummy Content/content.xml) and Click "Send and Importer". http://prntscr.com/iv43z5

After you imported completely:

- You go to "Appearance -> Menu" ->  Set "Main Menu". http://prntscr.com/iv45v7

- You go to Setting -> Read -> Set "Frontpage and Blog". http://prntscr.com/iv4667

- Save the "Theme Options". http://prntscr.com/iv4asc

** Import Slider demo:

- You go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider (/motor-package/Dummy Content/revslider). http://prntscr.com/iv4bc0

If it is unsuccessful, please send me admin account and link your site. I will help install data demo.

I want to customize the individual product page. I tried to use a template I made with the page builder and saved as a template but that still did not work. How can I do this with you guys. By default for some reason I only had 1 of your default product pages.

Hi,

You should set "Full width" for Single Product Layout.

I am having so problems with the theme being slow and getting the shop page customized. Is it possible for me to get someone to do this for me for an additional fee?

Sorry for the late response.

Your site used quite a lot of pictures, you should optimize these images.

You should replace or use the Photoshop software to reduce the size of the image.

Hi

I am having the same issue with the templates. I have tried the above steps but it does not seem to have worked the homepage initially came up with a 404 for the homepage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
