The header design includes text about number and address
When selected, these options don't show
How do I edit them so they appear ?

It gets the same color with Primary color and heading color. You should change the color via theme options.

How do I remove the user icon and the search icon? I turned off the search icon in theme header settings but it still shows. And I don't see the option to remove the user icon.

That is the header customize navigation options. Please go to theme options/ Header/ Header 1/ and disable the option at the Header customize navigation.
That will help you remove that icon.

You can see that search button and login/register are disabled but they still appear in my website. I want to remove both of the icons shown in the second screenshot with the purple navigation bar.
