Footer menu: you can add these line to Custom CSS or the style.css of Child Theme.

As I have said in the previous topic:
Currently, you just grant rights "read" and don't grant "write" to the folder "wp-content" -> Plugin doesn't update. -> If you don't grant "write", you need to remove the current version, later you login Themeforest account and download the last new version and reinstall them.
