Problem 1:
Company logo is correct on desktop resolution

For the mobile logo issue, please go to theme options/ header/ mobile header/ you will see the option to upload your logo.
For the shop product images issue, please give us your site URL and admin account again.

It works now. Thanks for your help. One last question, I got a notice saying "Your theme (Yolo Motor) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce."
