    I have activated the Login/Register menu in Theme Options > Header > Header  2 Options. This menu turns to My Account menu when client is logged in.

    I wonder if it is possible to have a Logout submemu in the My account menu ?

    This is to avoid having a Logout Menu besides the My Account menu which leads to a page where the clients has to click again to logout.
