Hello,
I was checking the website in Mobile and it's works perfect. The menu in mobile looks great. How can I use the same CSS/JS animation in SideBar WooCommerce Categories Menu? I want to show all the categories with children categories but using the same animation as Mobile. Click on arrow to see children categories without refreshing the website.
8 years, 7 months ago #8875I been trying with adding this to assets/css/custom-style.css like this:
ul.children{
display: none;
}
ul.product-categories:hover li.cat-parent > ul.children{
display: block;
}
But of course, I am not the expert... I want the same animation in mobile menu in sidebar widget categories menu.
Hope you can help me with this.

I have added some lines to Custom CSS and Custom JS of Theme Options.
Please reload your site and check again.

8 years, 7 months ago #8906You are my hero. I would kiss you if I could. Excellent help, for real. Now, is there a way that the CSS/JS detects what category is open? example: if "shop/category/childcat1//childcard2" is clicked, when the page reloads automatically open this part of the menu?
100% Recommended.
You maybe need considerate add this option in the Theme Options, looks nice and pretty.

We will look into this and will add it if possible.
- Note for your product category: If you want to redirect when clicking the category parent, you need to remove this line in jQuery:
event.preventDefault();

Yes, about your note, is a good option but I am looking for the website that when it loads, detects the category I'm in and remains open when I click and load the website again.
"Keep the navigation thread."
In Screenshoot_5 is I want it remains open when I am inside a category.
In Screenshoot_6 is how the menu looks when you are not inside of a category.
Thanks.

Sorry for reply my delay.
We can't update this issue right now. If it is as expected we will have an update for "Motor" in mid-June, hopefully, you can wait.
