Hi there
When you go to https://yogarina.ch/blog/ everything's just fine. But as soon as you click on the numbers to access the other blog pages, the menu unfolds and it blocks the whole site.
May you please check?
Thanks
Katharina1 year, 6 months ago #31186Hi.
I have checked your blog page, and the other link still works fine. If you need help, please let us know again.

1 year, 5 months ago #31216A couple of days ago I’ve submitted a reply here, but apparently it is still pending moderation. Honestly, this is so annoying! Please make sure your customers can reach out and if you have a moderation process, please check regularly for pending comments!!!
Apparently I can’t submit anymore without moderation from my laptop, so I used another device, but again, so annoying.
Please check the pending comments because I don’t want to type everything again I typed for my reply. But in short: It does still not work.
1 year, 5 months ago #31217Hi.
The issue is from the Stop Spammer plugin. https://prnt.sc/St15eIfPgwO9
I have turned off that plugin.
Please recheck it.
Regards.
1 year, 5 months ago #31218So I guess you mean that the issue on your support forum (that often I can't reply) is from this plugin?
Great if you turned it off and great if it works again.
However, I'm still waiting for the solution on my website. Please check that again, I described everything in the comments that didn't pass.

Hi Jackie
No, I disagree. It does not work fine.
Please do the following:
- Go to yogarina.ch/blog
- scroll down to the latest articles; you'll see numbers (1, 2, ...7 >)
- Click on 2
- This page will open https://yogarina.ch/blog/page/2/
- You'll see that the menu is all folded out, not folded in like it is on yogarina.ch/blog (and any other page by the way)
- Scroll down that page and you'll realize that the unfolded menu covers everything.
I check on a MacBook Air, with Safari and Google Chrome and I had the issue with both browsers. Please check again and fix. Thanks so much.
Kind regards

Yes, I have checked and found the pending reply from your account.
Please provide us with your site admin account again. We need access to your site back-end.

I have checked and fixed that issue on your site with the menu. The issue is when you enable the "Optimize CSS delivery" option in the WP Rocket plugin. It compresses and removes the menu CSS.
Now it works fine when uncheck to that option.
Please recheck it.
Regards.
1 year, 4 months ago #31349Thank you Jackie, it's perfect now.
I'm realizing that we've had a lot of WP Rocket related issues so far. Do you have any documentation on how Jhana themes works best with WP Rocket? Which options to activate and deactivate? Might save us both some time and nerves 😉
Or do you recommend other optimization plugins like WP Rocket for the theme Jhana?
1 year, 4 months ago #31352Hi.
I think it only happen when you compress and optimize the CSS with the "optimize CSS delivery" option. We can't control how the plugin compresses, or removes the unused CSS.
Don't worry about that, we are here to help you check and fix the issue if it happens.
Regards.
1 year, 4 months ago #31356Hi Jackie
OK, thanks for your opinion.
Then I'll keep WP Rocket, with the "optimize CSS delivery option" unabled and if another problem pops up, I'll reach out to you again.
Best
