Mobile Cart icon not clickable

Hello I need to know how to make the cart icon in the mobile header clickable to take to the view cart as right now is not working

 

What file do i need to edit and with what coding ?

Also is there away to move the shippinf caluclation and cart total to be above the buttons for apply coupon and proceed to check out ?

the breadcrumbs do not appear properly if the page title portion is not on can you fix that ?

You add these lines to Custom CSS or the style.css file of Child Theme:

.header-3 .yolo-sticky-wrapper{

z-index: 2;

}

.yolo-page-title-section .yolo-breadcrumb-wrap{

margin-top: 0;

}

You go to the cart.php file (/wp-content/themes/yolo-motor/woocommerce/cart/cart.php) and move these lines to the position that you want. http://prntscr.com/i7gi94

(you should use the Child theme).
