We have got access to your website then add this Custom CSS segment to Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script to fix the issue of cart icon:
@media (max-width:768px){
.shopping-cart-wrapper .widget_shopping_cart_content .widget_shopping_cart_icon i.wicon{color: #1b1a1a !important;}
}
it works fine.
