8 years, 2 months ago #12117Hi Tracy,
The text above the "SHOP NOW" on the mobile version. It is not showing across all the homepage banners. I want the text to be black, like the sub-header (SHOP NOW) below it.
8 years, 2 months ago #12142Hi,

We are so sorry but we cannot understand your question, we cannot find the text which you want to focus.

8 years, 2 months ago #12294Hi Tracy,
When logged in, the screen shows the main header titles for the banner, but once logged off, they dont. This is irrespective of the device used to access the site.
See proof:
1. web-home-banner = no banner title text visible
2. mobile-home-logged on = banner title text showing in BLACK.
I want that the banner title (black)must show even when i am not logged in.
I hope this is clear enough?

Thanks for your feedback.
We are so sorry but we cannot help you to update, you need to make by yourself.
You can use the Child Theme to write all customization files, they won't lose when you update our theme & plugin.
Here is the blog about the child theme: https://yolotheme.com/everything-must-know-child-theme/
and here is the documentation how to update our theme:
http://docs.yolotheme.com/rubino/#update_theme
In addition, you can use google search if you don't know something.

Tracy
8 years, 2 months ago #12382I did as asked, now my site is broken 🙁
8 years, 2 months ago #12398Hi again,
Thanks for your feedback.
Your site didn't break when we have got access. Because you have many customization files and custom CSS segment before, you haven't overridden to the newest version.
Please read our post above carefully, then override your Custom Codes again, it will work fine.
Best Regards,
Tracy
