Yes, the WP Instagram widget can't work with current Instagram API, we have changed to another plugin and install that plugin to your site.
Now you can create an Instagram widget with "elfsight-instagram-feed" plugin.
For the theme options, as I see, it still works fine.

1. For the home page image quality, I don't see that issue as you have, please check it and give us the correct image to have that issue.
2. For the contact us form, you can check the config. As I see, you don't add the field value to the message body, that is the reason you can't see the field input.
3. For the footer, please check the Footer content again. I just see two social configs on your shortcode.
