Overflow pages to be stuck and not able to scroll outside view left and right

Hi!
Im testing the pages on devices and have some issues with how all different browsers etc handles the pages as this is very common issue.

I wonder if it is possible to make the pages "sticky" that i mean when i scroll on the sides the container page goes left and right outside the view. Is it possible to make it stuck and only able to scroll up and down?

I did not understand if it had something to do with making container "fluid" but i also have pages that are fullwidth and also a sidemen on desktops that pops out from right when pressing the menu button. If this would need to be removed for making this change I will do it as the page seems very "sloppy" when users can draw view outside the window from left to right.
