We have checked your site, the portfolio filter function still works fine. Because it gets 9 items from your first filter, that is why you can't see another item from the second filter. You can increase the items to display.
Please check it again.

1. second filter (LAKOVANIE): returns 3 items, but in this category there are 4 items.
https://creadsk.com/pta/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=portfolio_category&post_type=yolo_portfolio2. Ive disabled in css portfolio links - when hovering a gallery item, but when i click load more (in filter ALL) - newly generated thumbnail have the portfolio link.
