Problems after import data

Hello,

I installed WordPress on my server and then uploaded the Sofani template to him. I followed the steps described in the documentation with the installation of the plugins and went to import the data. But after importing the data I had problems with the template as shown in the attached images.

File 1 - Screen capture at the time the import is started;

File 2 - Successful import message;

File 3 - Template after data import;

Thank you for the feedback us.

Yes, I have access to your site. The menu has some obfuscated. With the image, we use placeholder image for the dummy. If you need any image on our demo site. You can get it and put to your site as you want.

I see you are editing the content, if need any help or want to setup something please let me know again.

Thanks for your message. At this moment I will to do some tests with this template before to put in production environment. For now, before closing this ticket, could you give me a hint: how to restore all defaults without having to remove the template and the database?

I saw that when you import the demo again, some information appears duplicated (like menus). Would you have some way to leave it as if you had just installed the template and imported the data?

Hi Again.

Sorry, have no way to restore all default without change your database. When you re-import demo data, it will duplicate your menu. If your site doesn't have important data, please reset your data (Database reset plugin) and re import demo again.

Hello!I recently install sofani theme to my site every things works fine all data has been successfully uploaded expects the the product images will not displayed or imported.All product shown without images.I try to import theme demo on local and live both but product images will not display.Need your assistance how to upload demo product images.Thank you.

Thanks for your contacting us.

Seeing your images, you have installed Sofani theme correctly. In the sample data, we made the product images which are the image gray.

Now you can go to Products > Edit your product > change the Featured Product image as your image.

Please check, then feedback us.
