Products Creative is not Working - it doesnt save the products, and i also cant find anymore the function "Products Tab" ?

We have got access to your website then check Product Creative shortcode then we checked on our website. We are really sorry, Rubino theme doesn't use this shortcode.
It seems that this is the issue of our developers who cannot delete this shortcode before releasing our theme.
Please ignore this shortcode then configure your website. If you have many questions, don't hesitate to ask us.

For Product Tabs, you can create a new page > using Visual Composer to add shortcode > You will see Yolo Woo Product tabs > Product Tabs shortcode.

I dont have the Tab "Yolo Woo Products"
Please check my screenshot and tell me how to add the missing tab.
Also you can still log into my page and check the error.
