I was able to register here with my purchase code but not while the installation of the theme in WordPress. Can you help me?
8 years, 2 months ago #12191I am having the same issue. I was able to register here but when I attempt to validate my registration on the installation on my site it says "Purchase Code Validation Failed" in a nice angry little red box in the upper right hand corner. Please help.

We have got access to your website then found that your server has used the PHP version and PHP limited to low. Please refer this documentation to increase them to fix the issue:

You should increase these value as:
upload_max_filesize = 256M
post_max_size = 256M
max_execution_time = 3000Please check, then feedback us.

8 years, 2 months ago #12341The server can't put 3000 (50 minutes) in php.ini file, so I've put it in htaccess and tried again to import the data, no success.
If I'm not able to import data by tomorrow, I'll suggest my client to find another theme.
