We have regular classes but we are obliged to define a duration in number of weeks (in the case we don't use the manual setting). .
This is quite annoying because some classes simply does not follow a school cycle (semester, year, or whatever). And in our case, one can register to one single class, without being obliged to follow al the rest.
1) Number of weeks, allowing to add text also ?
So, I would like to find a solution to bypass the setting of number of weeks (when the class is not supposed to be defined but can last "all time") and therefore not to making appear this number !
In order to be sure the class continues, I use to set as "52" weeks (i.e. one year) the number of classes, but it's wrong. I would like to be able to enter a text value (i.e. "every Thursday" or whatever) without making appear a number who is in any case wrong. But the field only accepts numbers, so with a text the class would simply not appear ...

So, unless we use the manual settings for the period of the class, the system requires a number. Otherwise nothing appears.
2) Other problem related to the number of weeks:
But this number does not seem to work If we take the example of this class https://espace-leopard.ch/classes/vinyasa/
the number of weeks was set to 8, starting on April 3d, 2025. We are now at the end of July, and the class still appears on the teacher's profile:
- In the teacher's profile (Jessica) ! Why ?? It could be an information, but in this case it should appear as "past" (-> no longer available), grey, italics, or whatever different ->https://espace-leopard.ch/classes/vinyasa/
- On the daily calendar (on the home page) the class does not appear at all in the past days (it should appear for example on 17th April, 25th April. (or is this a memory issue ?) -> https://espace-leopard.ch/
- On the monthly calendar, it works fine. We see the Jessica class for 8 weeks (until May 22), and then no more (https://espace-leopard.ch/les-cours/les-cours-du-mois/).

1. For the Number of weeks field, that field is used to repeat the class on the schedule. You can't add the text.
We can help you create a custom text field to replace the text on the number of weeks at the front-end.
2.1 The class still displays on the teacher's details page. I'll consider adding the label for the past class.
2.2. I have checked your daily schedule view with the custom date, and the vinyasa class still displays in the past. Please recheck it. When you set up the number of weeks of the class, it will display the class on that week, starting from your open date.
