Posts: 16Today the Site is REALLY slow, I receive a 404 or a internal server error 500 every second click. Thats REALLY frustrating! Please check a soon as possible - the theme is really nice but the speed and the errors do not make it easy to use...

I am still dealing with VERY long loading times, 404 Error messages after klicking backend links, internal server error500 error messages. :(((
2 years ago #30482Hi.
I have checked your backend link. I didn't receive the 404 error message. Please give us the link for the issue.
To improve the site speed, you can use the cache plugin, and remove the Preloader effect. The preloader effect only disappears when all the page content is loaded. You also can use the server cache.
Please recheck it.
Regards.

Posts: 16Hi Jackie, thank you very much for your feedback on this.
a// did turn off the preloader. It does not really speed up the process of loading in a significant way. Even sites with hardly any content do take a lot of time to load.
b// I have installed a cache plugin. This did not speed up the process of loading in a significant way.
c// Any Updates on the issues in combination with using the Real Cookie Banner Plugin?

Posts: 16ad to a// Received a 404 Error while doing the following:
opened the backend. Klicked on Loco Translate. It too some 50-60 seconds to load, and I did receive an error404. Reloaded the Website and it did work ... the same happens regularly to all other links either back- or frontend.

I have checked your site, I still can load all your pages without a 404 error.
I also disabled some plugins to help you improve the issue. This is a test value with GTmetrix. https://prnt.sc/uuSjrc_zb4_3
It still works fine.
Please recheck it.
Regards.

quite anoying that some of the plugins, I do work with on all of my other websites do not work with your theme.
I need some of them (cookie consent due to austrian law e.g)
2 years ago #30513Hi.
Your plugins still work fine with our theme. But it can take more time to load on your site. You can activate the plugin and recheck it.
Regard.s
