Shop Page Title Settings.

Hello,

For some reason the theme won't allow me to change the page title background image, I have changed it in the Page Title Settings on the Shop[ page, but it doesn't do anything.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

For shop page, please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Archive Page > Archive Product Title Background > to add or change the background of shop page here.

You can check again on your website. If you still can not find it, please give us your website's URL and admin account. We will help you check.

Ok that's great, thank you.

One more thing, how do I change the footer on the http://www.thegiftstall.co.uk/product-tag page, I can't seem to find that page anywhere to select which footer should appear on it.

Hi again,

Thanks for getting back to us.

For footer position: Please open your page > Scroll down you will see Page Options > Page Footer > You will see the Footer Block name which you are using.

After that, go to Footer Blocks > Find your Footer Block > then Edit.

I understand how to change the footer on each page and how to edit footers.

But the issue is I can't seem to find where the /product-tag/ page template is located? To be able to change the footer (for exmaple this page http://demo.yolotheme.com/sofani/product-tag/chair).

Thanks for getting back to us.

This page will be gotten the Footer Default block. You can go to Theme Options > Footer > Select Footer Block: Footer Default to see this footer block.

After that, please go to Footer Blocks > Footer Default to edit.

You can check again, then feedback to us.

Hi again,

Thanks for getting back to us.

- Firstly, Please go to your all pages > Page Options > Page Footer > Select Footer: Default > This action will help you to select footer to override footer selected in Theme Options.

- After that, go to Theme Options > Footer > Select Footer Block from drop down list. You absolutely choose your footer block here. And make sure that the Footer Block is created on Footer Blocks.
