Hey there,
Here is another issue with the side-menu.
- I am facing some re-sizing problem. As the size menu is a fix space on the left of my blocks, the transition between device size isn't really accurate anymore. The responsiveness work fine but only on the right size of the menu. So I would like to change the responsiveness device size. Basically how it is is PLUS the side menu pixel size. It will also fix my next problem.
- I am using the megamenu on a side menu, it work fine until you work on a smaller screen or horizontal iPad. See picture. I would like to switch to mobile menu on a wider size ( Basically how it is is PLUS the side menu pixel size ).
Does it make sense?
5 years, 11 months ago #20372Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
On the small device, we do not use the fixed sidebar menu, it will change the menu to the hamburger menu. That is why you see the different menu style on the mobile and PC.
Please check it again.
Thanks.
5 years, 11 months ago #20380Hey Jackie, Thanks for your answer.
I don't think you understand my problem. I am well aware of the hamburger menu and I am fine with it.
I would like to be able to switch to the hamburger menu earlier in size. Fo now, I guess that we are switching the mobile header around 900px wide. Could we managed to switch to mobile around 1200px?
5 years, 11 months ago #20385Hi again.
I see. To change the breakpoint of the responsive menu from 991px to 1200px, it needs to overwrite a lot of CSS, because we use the breakpoint 991px for the responsive. Please consider that.
We can help you make the site content better from 991px to 1200px if you need it.
Thanks.
5 years, 11 months ago #20418Seems extreme. I have give up on the Megamenu as it is not made for the side menu.
Or maybe you have a fly menu like on mobile for the desktop version ??
5 years, 11 months ago #20443Hi again.
Yes, you can use the off-canvas menu for the desktop view. https://prnt.sc/qomq0m
As I see, you have to change the menu style.
Please let me know again if you need help.
Thanks.
5 years, 11 months ago #20450Well, I don't think the icon is clear enough. And I don't really like the menu on the right.
I will stick with my menu I think.
In the same kind of responsiveness problem, I am still trying to figure out what background video are not working on IPAD. Any ideas how to fix the issue?

5 years, 11 months ago #20461Hi again.
On the iPad device or mobile device, it doesn't support background video. You can research that on Google.
Thanks.
