Hi,
After recently buying your theme and setting it up (www.thegiftlocker.co.uk), I seem to be having big issues with the load speed of the site and have only used the standard settings. I'm also finding that the social media icons aren't working properly in the top tool bar even though I've setup them up properly and the homepage products category tab keeps overlapping items randomly (see attachment below). Can you please advise on how I fix this as none of them seem to happen on the live preview V4.

In addition to this the website displays very badly on mobile. Your demo works fine so why doesn't this?

Thank you for your quick response. I am using the latest version of the theme so I'm unsure why it's running slow. I'll try some of the methods you've expressed in the article you've listed, but could you tell me which plugins are definitely required to ensure everything works on the site?
The category tab on the homepage seems to only happen occasionally but I checked this morning and it still happened until I refreshed the page.
For the mobile, most of the site seems fine apart from the product page which is displaying strangely (see attached image). How do I fix this? Also how do I send the login details privately?

Also, can you tell me why the form boxes only stretch to half the size i've set it to be even though it's set to 2/3 of the screen size (see http://www.thegiftlocker.co.uk/contact-us/) and why I can't update visual compose even though it was said to be included in the theme cost. I've purchased many themes before and this one you've created seems to have the most problems. Please help me to fix this ASAP as it is letting down the styling of my site.

Hi Tracy,
Thank you that works well now. The products still load really slow for the homepage tabs but the mobile styling is a lot better. One other issue that I can't resolve is I can't take the breadcrumbs title off the category section and it seems to have a grey overlay over the banner image i've uploaded to http://www.thegiftlocker.co.uk/product-category/black-friday/. Can you tell me how I do this?
