Hi, im getting this error on my sitemap page. How can i fix this?

I have followed that link https://yoast.com/help/xml-sitemap-error/ and found the same issue on your site.
On our demo site, the sitemap link still works fine. http://demo.yolotheme.com/rubino/sitemap_index.xml
I think the issue from another plugin. Can I switch your theme to the WordPress default theme to check? I can affect your site.

will my still go back to my settings or will that mess up my site? Only go ahead and switch if it does not mess anything. I dont want to be rebuilding my site
If so I guess i can reinstall from backup or you can deactivate some plug ins to test instead 1st.

When we change the theme, it also affects some site config. If you have the backup version, you can revert that.

Still the same, im not even sure if you did anything?
But if once you change the theme to rest and it breaks and i have to go back to an earlier backup, won't that have the sitemap issue still?
Either way I cant run my website i purchased from you with a broken sitemap. Please still look into fixing it.
