I have used the plugin fine successfully with several images on my website. However, when using some images from my media library, the slider plugin will successfully show on the front-end for 0.5s while the page loads but is then hidden/disabled but I am not sure why.
The images seem to display fine if I use SVG, but do not show if I use PNG or JPG (which is what I want to use). My website generates WebP images via WP Rocket so I wasn't sure if that had an impact (as SVG files are not added as WebP images), but even after deactivating WP Rocket (and the rest of my plugins) the issue still persisted.
In the video, you will see me show the slider working for one set of images, then, not working when I change it to a different set. See video: https://streamable.com/0lexy7
Thanks

We have checked your site and see the issue from the web version image of the Imagify plugin. Because the plugin can't get the height of the image when you enabling that option.
Please check it again.
Thanks.

Thanks for checking.
So it's not possible to use WebP images with the plugin at all? I may have to stop using this plugin then as it's quite important for page speed on my website.
Thanks.

Posts: 3I just tried with a different free plugin, this one works with WebP images. I'm not sure if this is something you could add to your plugin in the future?
5 years, 8 months ago #21003Yes, please let us check it again because we use the jquery to calculate the height of the image tag.
Thanks.
