Posts: 10I am experiencing so many problems with your theme. As I mentioned before, I reinstalled WordPress and installed the theme again. However, it still does not update. I changed the logo and social media icons as per your instruction and nothing updates. I don't want to email you every two minutes to fix a problem for me. I would appreciate it if you could kindly get in touch and organize a refund so that I can purchase another theme.

I'm Jackie from YoloTheme.
I'm so sorry for this confuse. Because our theme has two option for page setting, one at theme options and one on page options. Page option will have priority with theme options. That is why you can't see any change at home page when change at theme options.
Now your site has same menu with another page. Please check it and let me know again.
One again, I'm sorry for the old issue.

That is not my only issue.
As I have stated above there are other issues (icons/logo height/coming soon page etc!!!!) and I don't want to waste any more time.
I would appreciate a refund.

We are really sorry, but we cannot give you a refund. Because this is out of rules of Envato.
Our supporters and developers really are helping you fix all our problems. And they are the small problem of configuration. You absolutely fix this and use our theme.

Posts: 10Thank you for your feedback. I have logged a complaint at Envato. It is sad that you are so determined to protect your own interests that you will refuse someone who is so unhappy with your product a refund.
My coming soon page is still not working and I can not adjust the logo height (as per your documentation).
