Hi,
I would like to give a request for an update. At the moment, the only things you can change in the theme options at typography, are the font, font weight (and you can not choose even everything), font subsets and font sizes. I would like to have an option for color, so that I can easily change it from the theme options. For now I have to add the code in every textbox. Or I have to change it in CSS. And did that last thing, but it is not working very good. (also my menu is now the same color as al the links, because that both are 'a'). And for my client it would be nice to have the possibility to change it in the theme options. Of course I've seen the option 'styling options' in Theme options. But it would be nice to have it on the same place as typography. things like buttons and stuff are nice to choose at 'styling options'.
Also, it would be nice to have the possibility to add the colors for the buttons for normal, hover and active state.
I've made websites with different themes, like 10 or 20 different ones. So I have some experience with how it would be nice that it can work for the user :).
Hopefully can do something about it.
Regards
8 years, 3 months ago #11176Hi,
Thank for your suggestion.
You have recommended many options about the text color and link color. But, we are afraid that if more options are added, they make customer tangled. We have ever added more options in our theme, and the solution is not suitable.
If you can, please give us the example theme or site about this question. We will consider this.
Thank you very much.

8 years, 3 months ago #11203Hi Tracy,
Thank you for your answer. When you put those options on the right place, the customer will not be tangled. The most used place is on the same place as where you can change the font and font-size now. A lot of themes are doing it like this. Even easier than by css, I know a lot of people that are working with a theme and don't know anything about css :). (I'm also a user interaction designer, maybe good to know 😉
The site that I'm working at, is nieuw.botmaenvanbennekom.nl. This one is using your theme Rubino. Usually I choose a theme that is bought many times, over 10.000 times, so that I can be sure that it is working well. But because my client wants this theme so badly, I am going with them and gave it a chance.
So I've solved it with CSS, but one problem: The menu is now the same color as the links. And I want it to be grey (like #666 or something near). This is because I added the color to the link tag. Can you help me out with this?
Thanks!

8 years, 3 months ago #11259Hi,
Can you help me out with the menu color? I've changed the color of the links in css, but now all the links are this color of course. I don't want the menu in this color.
