Hi there,
We've found that the login will pop up the login form on Chrome/Firefox but this doesn't perform the same on Safari Browser, the page will redirect to WordPress CMS login instead. Please try out the following link and assist to investigate as well. You will see that the link is WP admin link when I hover it. But this isn't happening to Chrome/Firefox.
Look forward to hearing from you. Many Thanks!

Thanks for choosing our product.
You need to activate the "Woocommerce" plugin to use the function "Login/Register".
Best regards,
8 years, 2 months ago #13420Hi there,
It's not correct because we are already using woocommerce for now. Would you double check what may have missed?
For now, it works as expected on Chrome/Firefox. But this problem exists to Safari. It's not well explained for this situation.
Look forward to your feedback. Thanks!
8 years, 2 months ago #13427Hi,
I tried with Safari browsing and the "Login/Register" Popup still normal works.
You can try with the anonymous browsing and remove the cached. Please check again.
Thanks.
8 years, 2 months ago #13434Oh, it's weird then.
It doesn't work on my side even if I use private mode. Please check the attachment here, what could be the possible cause for this?
Thanks!

8 years, 2 months ago #13548Hi tinhbeng,
Thanks a lot for your investigation.
However, the problem still exists on Safari browser. I have no idea at all. Please check the attachment here.
And when I hover the login button, the link is pointing to backend but this doesn't happen to Chrome / Firefox.
Please review.
