Translate header of the trainers and button of articles in french

Hello,

I use the jhana theme for my website. I would like to translate the header of the trainers into french and and remove the breadcrumb that appears.

I would also like to translate the "read more" button on the blog posts into French.

How to do this?  I have already looked at and installed the "loco translate" plugin but nothing is going on.

Another problem, when I work on elementor to create a page or modify it, the header of all pages except the home page disappears. I have to reset the "theme options" part to make it appear again. So I can't use elementor anymore.
