Posts: 11I have changed my site to Spanish, I have checked the .MO and .PO files and they are ok but the Search field still have "Search" instead of "Buscar". What else should I do for that to change?
My site is http://www.senke.com.uy/test/
Thanks,

Posts: 11Hi! Thanks for the fast answer.
Do I have to use that translation file always? I thought I could use another file like es_ES for spanish.
Kind Regards,
Matias

Thanks for your getting back.
You can use PoEdit tool to change yolo-motor-en.po file. After translating one .mo file is created.
Please follow this documentation learn more about how to translate language of theme:
http://docs.yolotheme.com/motor/#translation_rtl
Please check, then feedback to us soon.

Posts: 11Hi, thanks for your answer. I have done that but still have translations are missing, for example it says "Enter keywords to search" and I have translated all that sentences on the es_AR file.
What should I do now?

You can translate this text on our language file. Please see this image: https://i.imgur.com/U3nXPg8.png
You still use PoEdit tool to translate. After translating a new .mo file is created. You absolutely delete the older .mo file then change the new .mo file name to es_AR.mo as your language.
Don't forget to go to Settings > General > Site Language to choose your language.
Please check, then feedback to us.

Nelo9 years, 2 months ago #4786Hi again, nelo
You don't need to change the name of .po file. Saw your image, you are changing the name of .po file to es_AR.po file. You only change the name of .mo file.
Please read this documentation carefully:
http://docs.yolotheme.com/motor/#translation_rtl
If you still can not translate language on your website, you can give us your FTP account, website's URL and admin account. We will check your website.
Best Regards,
YoloTheme
