I created with po edit the files for italian language and put it here:
/wp-content/plugins/behealth-framework/languages
Still language is english.

Calendar months are fine but still the "single trainer" page has original wording: Postion, experience, ..

I've tried and it loads the same PO file I already edited and it seems my translation are there.
But still the trainer page load the default theme words.

You shouldn't put the .PO file in theme and plugin, because it will be lost when you update.
The file should put in the wp-content/languages/ folder. I have setup the path in loco plugin. You go to the Loco plugin and translate for Behealth Framework plugin again.

The only thing that still is not translated is the month abbreviation in the "Yolo Class Related Class" and in the "YOLO Classes Widget".

As I mentioned above, You shouldn't put the .PO file in theme and plugin, because it will be lost when you update.
Currently, you put the path for the .PO file of theme in Behealth Theme.
Please delete and re-setup the path for the .PO file. Later try to translate again.
