Like i mentioned on themeforest, I’ve 3 months of support left but i can’t get theme update(I have: “Purchase code verification failed” message). The code was used only once in one domain. Does loading the demo content several times, affect the license code domain limit?
I also have few other problems.
-Promo popup does not react to the selection "Don't show this popup again". Popup is showing every time page is reloaded.
-In the basket card, the related products are displayed . Is there any way to control how they are displayed? Now products are displayed one below the other. I need to change this on product slider but it sems to me that there is no that option in theme admin dashboard (look to attachment).
-In few places, changing translation is not possible through editing PO files. I amrked on red in picture in atachment.
-I have also some problem with sidebar widgets in store. e.g. Price filter widget is not visible at all, after adding to woocomerce sidebar. I have probelm with other widgets.

I checked the verify purchase code and it still normal works. To check the updated version, you go to
Dashboard -> Update.
- You only checkbox it and close it. https://prnt.sc/ncjd76
I tried and it isn't showing every time page is reloaded.
- The related product: Because you have disabled the quickview function => the "jquery carousel" library must not load => the error slider show.
Currently, the problem fixed. You can reload your site and check again.
- Please update the last new version for Motor theme and Motor framework plugin and try again.
- Filter product: This function only works on Woocommerce's default shop and not work on the Custom Page.

Every time you update the theme, you should sync the data for the .POT file by clicking the "Sync" button.
Currently, you can reload your site and translate again.

EF6 years, 7 months ago #18977Yes, we have checked and fixed the issue with cart page. With PHP 7.2 You can upgrade your site to PHP 7.2.
