Hello,
Is there any way to use the search from this page as the main search results page?
I am using the header that's on the home 6 demo page.

Thank you for your question.
With search field on the shop page, it uses search ajax content for shop products page, not search all content on your site. And with the main search at the sidebar, it uses search for all content on your site ( ex: blog, product, page...). And we can't use search ajax product to replace the main search.

In your demo, you have a "Search Products" field in the header, that searches the products only:
Will there be a setting in a future update to make the search that appears when you click the search icon in this demo only search products?

Yes, this is good feature for search icon at the header and we will consider to bring in the next version.
We can add more config for this search function.

Hi Jayme,
We have checked my theme and we found we have an option for search ajax content at the header.
To select post type data for search icon in the header, please go to theme options/ header tabs and scroll down, you will see config Post type for Ajax Search, just check the product if you want search product only for this search function.
Please check it and let me know again.

This is two type of search, one use search page default of WordPress, and one use search ajax for shop page. Because search page also has post, page any another post type, not only product. That is the reason it does not the look same layout.
We will review this function and make it work well with shop page.

Yes, but I want the main search to search products only. When you click "View More" it does not search only products; it searches everything.

When I use the ajax search and click "View More" I want to be taken to the product search results, like this page:

We have updated this item to fixed some issue.
With you require, please update our theme first, then go to file direction below and replace this file by my attach file.
/themes/yolo-sofani/templates/header/search-popup.php
This file just for your solution, it will redirect all search to shop page.
Please check it and let me know again.
