And do you add custom CSS to style.css file? Please doesn't do it, because this file will re-build again when to click to save & generate CSS button at theme options.
With custom CSS, you can add to custom CSS at theme option or use a child theme to do it.

We are having an issue with load times using the Sofani theme we purchased. We have had a developer look at the website who can’t find any issues with the optimisation on our part, so we were wondering if you can offer any advice as to what is causing the page to take so long to load. At the moment, the website is averaging an 18 second load time before it is completely rendered and we believe the issue lies somewhere within the theme and the number of requests being made.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Hi, CWmarketing
