Hi,
My site widget is not saving on yolo bestruct theme.. But i have tried with another theme, widgets are working..
So please check my website and check the issue then let me know.. Do not change anything in website after my approval..
Plz plz its a request not to change any thing in site.. Because i have done many works in this site.. So first check the issue and then let me know. Then i will approve . After then you will work..
The problem is whenever i tried adding widgets to the website, they won’t add up, that widgets are stored into the option_name column in wp_option table but when i add widgets and reload the page so i found no data on “option_name” column . And when i want to explicitly store widgets directly into “option_name” column so it works but after reloading the widget.php page than “option_name” has no value . I don’t know what’s the reason behind it but have to tackle this. Prompt response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Our webiste is live, there is one point which concerns me is that we let you disable some plugin, what's the surety that it wont disturb our exisiting environment, there are some plugin which we customized and we cant take any chances regarding that. Actually its our client project so we want to get this issue fixed without taking any potential risks. So i hope you understand our position.

Yes, we have disabled the Geo My WP plugin, the widget works fine. You also can check it by yourself.

The solution which you recommended as that disabling the plugin GEO MY WP will solve the problem of adding the widget, we did exactly what was said,But the problem is still persistent.
In the given screenshot its clear that you added the widgets, but i want to clarify if you refresh the page after adding the widgets?because what happens is after adding the widgets when the page is refreshed the widgets doesn't include!
Sorry, I see that issue when refreshing the page. Can I update the outdated plugin on your site? As I see, have a lot of plugin out of date.

The thing is lot of plugin are customized,which is why we didn't update the plugin's because we are afraid that customization would be lost. It's our client project therefore we cant take any chances.
Please find any other solution.Please resolve this issue , we have a deadline of 15-9-2020 and we have deploy the project..
